As an Analyst/Associate in the Client Solutions Group (CSG), you will support client-facing and capital-raising functions, including developing marketing materials, conducting competitive research, assisting with due diligence requests, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will work directly with peers, Managing Directors, and clients in executing these functions. Bridge’s fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means that you will be expected to take the initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the firm.
- Conduct research on sources of investor capital; design customized strategies to effectively target capital
- Actively support MDs in building robust sales dialogues with PE portfolio managers at large institutions
- Prepare marketing materials showcasing investment portfolio, strategies, and market outlook
- Develop deep expertise across investment verticals; work cross-functionally to track and fulfill due diligence requests from sophisticated institutional investors
- Oversee completion of profitable institutional RFPs
What you should bring
You should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing role and having strong communication skills, you should have:
- Undergraduate degree in a finance or business-related field as well as a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/capital markets or consulting for Analyst and increased experience for Associate.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and comfortable managing multiple work streams and projects concurrently
- Ability to build working relationships across various Bridge departments/verticals with individuals at different experience levels
- Interest and aptitude for relationship management, sales and marketing
- A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
What you will be part of
Bridge’s Client Services Group works directly with some of the largest and most sophisticated institutional investors in the world. The team is a fast-growing business unit, responsible for raising capital across Bridge’s four investment verticals, managing communications with current and prospective investors, and marketing the firm and its strategies.
Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York City, NY $110,000 to $120,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annualperformance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
