As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work to learn the Carta business inside and out to be a strategic advisor; own the relationship with senior engineering leaders, strategically partnering with them to identify and understand business needs and priorities while acting as the recruiting subject matter expert; run the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to closing stages for software engineering and data science talent; adapt to changing headcount priorities related to business outcomes and priorities; drive improvements to the hiring and interview process while providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices; be the face of Carta to candidates maintaining professional and courteous communication to foster long-term relationships; source both active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques; ensure a high level of data integrity with ATS (Greenhouse) and other people systems. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth/high-impact environment, preferably hiring software engineers, data scientists, and engineering leaders. Candidates should have a track record of sourcing and engaging passive talent using diverse strategies and platforms, strong communication skills, a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
