Your Future Team
The Associate, Client Experience and Reporting will play a hands-on role in managing activities related to Hightower’s Client Reporting operations. Reporting to the Manager, Client Experience and Reporting, you will help support operations by inputting data into performance reporting tools and by responding to client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and completion. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless operational workflows and deliver a high standard of service to our advisors.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a motivated Associate on our Client Experience and Reporting Team (CX&R). You will focus on providing excellent service and improving efficiency by collaborating with our advisors, internal teams, and vendor partners. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and is eager to learn and grow as a professional.
- Client Reporting Data Processing: Input data and transactions into client reporting systems, ensuring data integrity
- Advisor Support: Respond to client inquiries and requests with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Project and Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience
- Problem Solving: Address complex inquiries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the point of contact for advisor teams.
- Participate and support the CX&R team in various department and firm initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or another related field
- 1-2 years of full-time work experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with Black Diamond, Tamarac, Orion, or Addepar
- Self-motivated, detail-orientated, and highly organized
- Relationship and client service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills and decision-making judgement
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong Excel skills
