Your Future Team
The Product Development team at Hightower develops and supports business applications and integrations that ensure the success of our corporate functions and advisor practices. We are a collaborative, driven, and innovative group passionate about delivering excellence, and service to our advisors.
What You'll Do
As a Product Analyst focused on Client Agreements, you will act be a relationship manager, facilitator, and strategic partner across departments. You will gather and analyze data, define best practices, and help develop scalable, efficient workflows that align with regulatory and business needs. You will also help ensure seamless integration across Hightower’s platform and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define strategy, and support the product roadmap.
- Communicate insights, updates, and recommendations through presentations, reports, and meetings with stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for business partners and leadership.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure compliance.
- Support project planning and execution, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Maintain internal and external documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Promote communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable insights and solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; certification in fintech or product management is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
- Experience presenting findings to partners at all levels, including executives.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory environments, and client onboarding processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business impact.
- Proficiency in creating process documentation and reports.
