Description
We are looking for a high-performing, results-obsessed Regional Head of Sales to lead and accelerate our Fund Administration growth strategy across the Americas. This is a mission-critical leadership role for an aggressive business builder who can generate and close significant new revenue, push boundaries, and lead a hungry sales team focused on capturing market share across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and institutional fund managers.

Job specification
- Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
- Take full ownership of the Americas sales P&L with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle with relentless pursuit of new business: from pipeline creation to term sheet execution and handoff to client onboarding.
- Build and execute a hyper-focused go-to-market strategy targeting high-growth asset managers and institutional investors.
- Drive large, complex deals to closure while maintaining velocity across multiple smaller transactions.
Pipeline Development
- Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Leverage your personal network and existing relationships to gain early access to RFPs and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize inbound/outbound conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
Market Strategy & Commercial Acumen
- Stay on the front foot of market trends, competitor moves, and buyer behaviors to position differentiated solutions and drive competitive wins.
- Identify high-margin opportunities and develop pricing and commercial proposals that balance aggressiveness with profitability.
- Influence the evolution of our product and service offerings based on real-time feedback from prospects and clients.
Team Leadership & Performance Culture
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team with a performance-first mentality.
- Set bold KPIs and individual quotas and hold the team strictly accountable for delivery.
- Foster a culture of intensity, urgency, resilience, and winning.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Report weekly and monthly on sales metrics, forecast accuracy, win/loss insights, and client activity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across product, operations, and client service to ensure aligned execution and scalable growth
Skills Required:
- 15+ years of experience in financial services sales, with at least 5 in fund administration or a related vertical (e.g., prime brokerage, custody, fund platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed multimillion-dollar sales targets across complex B2B financial services deals.
- Deep knowledge of fund administration services across hedge funds, private equity, venture, and real estate.
- Well-connected with a strong network of buy-side executives, fund managers, COOs, and CFOs in North and/or Latin America.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, commercial creativity, and closing ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business judgment, and a bias for action.
Salary ranges from USD $ 275,000 - $ 350,000 additional market competitive variable uncapped compensation based on performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
