About the Role:
As the Divisional Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing sales organization to achieve ambitious goals, revenue and market share objectives. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company’s vision and priorities. You will oversee regional leaders, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence across all territories. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our business unit and strengthen our competitive position in the marketplace.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead and manage regional sales leaders to deliver on national goals & revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze market trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value business opportunities and influence senior executives internally and externally.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements of the role:
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-regional sales teams to achieve significant revenue growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry standards, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational results.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic business plans.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, including influencing and negotiating at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred as well as industry certifications.

The salary for this position is $170,000/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
