We are seeking a Senior Client Relations Administrator to join our Stewardship Client Services team, supporting Broadridge’s Pass-Through Voting (PTV) product. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a dedicated client and product liaison, ensuring seamless delivery, operational stability, and exceptional service for our institutional stewardship clients.
You will act as the primary relationship manager for key PTV clients, building trusted partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This position blends relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic problem-solving—ideal for professionals experienced in stewardship, proxy operations, or institutional client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Excellence
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned PTV clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality client experience.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (Product, Operations, Technology, and Compliance), and external partners to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Proactively manage client expectations, address inquiries, and resolve escalations with professionalism and urgency.
Operational Service Delivery
Oversee daily and cyclical workflows related to PTV servicing, including data validation, reporting oversight, and production deployment coordination.
Attend weekly client engagement calls to review progress, discuss issues, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Track and manage issues or data anomalies, ensuring timely resolution and transparent client communication.
Governance, Testing, and Data Integrity
Coordinate UAT testing and production deployment activities across clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and enhance PTV client runbooks for documentation, sustainability, and scalability.
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy to support clients’ stewardship and regulatory obligations.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across Client Services, Product, and Development teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions, strengthen product adoption, and improve operational processes.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that modernize PTV delivery and elevate client satisfaction.
Mentorship and Team Engagement
Support onboarding and mentoring new associates, sharing best practices in client servicing and stewardship operations.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across the team.
Qualifications:
Experience in client relationship management, proxy governance, stewardship, or institutional account servicing.
Familiarity with shareholder voting, proxy operations, or financial market operations—experience with Pass-Through Voting preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.
Self-starter with strong accountability, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.

Salary range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
