Broadridge is hiring our next Client Project Administrator based out of our Edgewood, NY office. You will be part of the Registered Issuer client services team and play a critical role in managing the internal components of our client projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Development, and Client Relations, to coordinate workflows, track progress, and ensure consistent quality in project delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage internal aspects of Registered Issuer client projects, including workflow coordination, tracking, and follow‑ups.
Analyze departmental operations to identify and recommend process improvements.
Complete daily assigned tasks within established timeframes to meet or exceed client expectations.
Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders on mailing status, project progress, and issue resolution.
Maintain internal tracking reports to ensure projects advance efficiently and remain on schedule.
Collaborate with Senior Client Relations Administrators and Key Account Managers to deliver successful client campaigns.
Communicate and escalate client or internal concerns when appropriate to ensure proactive problem‑solving.
Apply sound judgment to resolve routine and moderately complex issues independently.
Demonstrate Broadridge’s culture and values by maintaining an “above‑the‑line” attitude in all interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience coordinating projects or administrative workflows within an operations or client service environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of securities industry operations or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with moderate supervision.
Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
Compensation Range: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $28 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
