This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).
Position Description:
Analyst will learn the mathematics of performance measurement, sector construction, financial markets analytics and gain / loss principles, as well as refining their skillset in both communication at different levels of sophistication and technical intelligent automation skills to deliver customized solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculate and Communicate Rates of Return for Glenmede Clients across all three lines of business, Wealth Management, Investment Management and E&F.
- Calculate Composite Rates of Returns to be used in product marketing and investment analysis.
- Respond to adhoc inquiries surrounding performance and portfolio analytics data, quickly and accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Quantitative and Analytical Skills, Knowledge of key software and tools related to finance, Excel, R, Python etc.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively when describing complex topics and mathematical topics to different audiences.
- Ability to partner effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
