Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage sales teams by setting performance goals, providing training, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. The role involves analyzing sales data, developing strategies to drive performance, improving customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Supervisor will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication across teams.

- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a sales or supervisory role, especially within the financial or investment sector, is highly beneficial.
