Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking an Imaging Rep for our Edgewood facility.
This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
This position is responsible for ensuring all imaging processes meet the required quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Fully competent in all document review, or imaging work in their current area.
- Document Review: Audit confidential client documents to ensure that they are meeting client-specified standards.
- Imaging: Prep, Scan and Index confidential client documents to ensure they are meeting client-specific procedures, standards and SLA’s.
- Adhere to group quality and productivity standards (items/hr) while meeting departmental and corporate standards pertaining to overall quality and attendance.
- Train in other areas within the department and others as requested.
- Working on special projects given by Team Leader. (I.e. moving work into appropriate queue, handling the imaging of special client requests).
- Assists in other areas if necessary.
- Assist in enhancement and system testing when requested.
- Responsible for team leader duties in leader’s absence.
- Perform other duties upon request.

Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $17.16 - $21.48 USD per hour depending on experience – Bonus Eligible
