The HR Analyst, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition will serve as a key partner in transforming data into meaningful insights that inform talent and workforce strategies across the organization. This role will analyze turnover trends, inclusion metrics, and talent review data to identify patterns and craft data driven narratives for senior leadership. With strong analytical and reporting skills, the successful candidate will deliver high quality analyses and ad hoc reports that support informed decision making. The HR Analyst will also support executive recruiting by applying market intelligence and talent insights to strengthen leadership pipelines and guide strategic hiring efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret HR data, including turnover, inclusion, and talent review metrics, to identify trends, surface insights, and guide data driven decision making.
- Design and deliver insightful visualizations and dashboards that transform complex analyses into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Oversee HR projects end to end, ensuring clear scope, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support talent acquisition strategies by conducting market and competitive analyses, generating talent insights, and providing data-driven reporting on key recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, leadership representation metrics).
- Support executive recruiting by performing talent research, assist in building and maintaining proactive candidate pipelines, manage data integrity, and develop executive ready reports and presentation materials
- May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of project or program management experience desired
- Prior work experience in Human Resources and exposure to Inclusion or Headcount/Turnover analytics is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with significant Excel and PowerPoint experience

- Detail-oriented with the ability to derive meaningful insights and informed recommendations through thorough analysis.
- Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and action‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
Salary Range: 85,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD annual
