Broadridge is hiring our next Product Owner based out of our New York, NY or Newark, NJ office. We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Omnichannel Reporting platform — a data-driven analytics product that provides insight into customer communications across print, email, SMS, and digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and analytics. You will work closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to shape the underlying data model, define meaningful KPIs, and deliver high-quality reporting experiences. While you will not be responsible for building data pipelines, you will be expected to understand how data flows from source systems into analytics and how those decisions impact reporting outcomes.
You will also be a hands-on contributor, designing and enhancing dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, and continuously improving how users consume and understand data.
Responsibilities
Assist the Product Manager, and eventually, own the product vision and roadmap for Omnichannel Reporting
Partner with data and engineering teams to understand and influence data pipelines and models
Identify new data attributes, KPIs, and metrics as analytics capabilities expand
Design, build, and enhance dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
Translate business questions into clear, actionable analytics requirements
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability
Collaborate with operational, strategy, and client-facing teams to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements
Explore new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted analytics and prototyping platforms
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with data-driven or analytics products
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working directly with data
Understanding of data pipelines, data models, and how analytics products are built
Curiosity and self-motivation to learn new tools and technologies
Interest in AI, automation, and rapid prototyping (“builder” mentality)
Ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, business-friendly terms
Why This Role
Own a highly visible analytics product used by both operational and strategy teams
Shape how data is turned into insight across multiple communication channels
Work in a fast-evolving space that blends analytics, BI, and AI-driven innovation
Build, iterate, and improve — not just manage a backlog
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Analytics-focused role working with data-driven products
Practical understanding of how data pipelines, data models, and source systems support analytics and reporting
Experience partnering with Data Engineering or IT teams to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business questions into measurable components
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools, technologies, and approaches
