The Director of ServiceNow Solutions leads the enterprise ServiceNow team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting critical business applications across the platform. This role provides strategic and technical leadership that ensures high quality delivery, reliable operations, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions used across the firm.
Job Description
This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in our Raymond James HQ office location in St. Petersburg, FL a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ServiceNow solutions team and set the strategy for platform development, support, and innovation.
- Oversee delivery of major initiatives including the firmwide rollout of Financial Services Operations, Financial Services Operations for BPI, Third Party Supplier enhancements, and the PPM application.
- Ensure ongoing support and optimization of business applications built within ServiceNow.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Guide agile development teams and promote best practices in ServiceNow design and development.
- Monitor platform health, drive quality standards, and mitigate risks related to platform delivery and support.
- Foster a strong customer service culture and a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills And Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing technical or application development teams.
- Strong background with ServiceNow applications, configuration, and development best practices.
- Experience leading agile development teams and delivering enterprise level solutions.
- Ability to partner effectively with business and technology leaders.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and team-building skills.
