Organizational Change Manager Contractor

Federated Hermes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager Contractor to support the implementation of a new HCM and ERP/EPM system and drive business transformation initiatives. This position is a benefit eligible contract role with an anticipated duration of 15 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Implementation Partner, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the project team to execute a comprehensive change management roadmap to enable the adoption of the new HCM and ERP/EPM system.
- Conduct change management and communication activities to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support the execution of a change agent network, preparing them to support the change initiatives.
- Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Engage with the project team, sponsors, process and workstream leads to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Identify and address resistance to change or roadblocks to business transformation and system implementation.
The Expertise We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in change management, particularly within the context of adopting technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience building sponsorship effectiveness and influencing without authority.
- Facilitating cross-functional alignment, within and outside of a project.
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to proactively manage and solve problems.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar systems is preferred.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is helpful.
