As the Head of Product Management for our Bank Broker Dealer business, you will create the product strategy, be responsible for product management roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of Broadridge’s product objectives. In this role, you will lead the product team by delivering value-added products and compelling go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and meet client needs. You will partner with BU leaders to ensure roadmap alignment and with other leaders to align on proof points.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
·Leading the BBD product project prioritization process iteratively and in the yearly planning cycle. You will develop, prioritize, and manage product pipeline and features while partnering with technology to manage priorities and resources
·Accountable for product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery to drive execution of Broadridge’s product objectives.
·Define the vision, strategy, and objectives to promote product roadmap alignment within the team and across BU roadmaps
·Lead the product team by delivering value-added products and compelling go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and meet client needs.
·Collaborate effectively within a matrix structure with our BU’s, Sales, Account Management, IT and BBD to understand growth opportunities, increase revenue and profitability and improve our product offerings.
·Oversee the entire lifecycle of the products to ensure that the team builds scalable, best in class new software
· Collaborate with key stakeholders cross functionally to remove roadblocks and solve complex issues and manage portfolio prioritization.
·Partner with other leaders to ensure alignment on product proof points.
·Evangelize the product vision, benefits to new feature capabilities, and provide education on how the BU’s can leverage our offerings.
·Make creative recommendations to expand product base by focusing on future products and capabilities.
·Lead outside solid or dotted lines and influence without needing authority.
·Be a leader who gets others excited about the possibilities, who takes pride in developing talent.
·Build and sustain an inclusive culture that encourages innovative thinking and agility, that is always willing to try new things, and where everyone can achieve their full potential.
·Conduct periodic product reviews and make recommendations to invest in or sunset products, as appropriate
·Ensure quality of product delivery (e.g. UAT success rate) delivered to clients (e.g. meet or exceed SLAs)
Qualifications:
·10+ years of Industry knowledge. Understanding of regulations around shareholder interests and corporate governance will be a strong plus
·Strong background in Product Management, with clear consistent record of successfully managing large solutions and bringing new solutions to market
·Experience managing, leading, and developing a team of high performing and ambitious professionals
·Financial Services experience preferred
·BA required; MBA degree preferred
·Strong analytical ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to be collaborative
·Understanding of overall conceptual design across multiple solutions, with the ability to identify and resolve problem details associated with coordinated solutions
·Ability to think strategically and have strong influencing skills
Salary range $275,000.00- $300,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
