The Role
This is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX. As an Analyst, you will be a part of the Investor Services Team and be responsible for collaborating with colleagues across the Sixth Street platform to respond to LP requests, prepare detailed investor reporting, onboard new investors and maintain investor details, and manage related systems. Investor Services is a developing function at Sixth Street and this position will play a critical role in its continued evolution.
Core Responsibilities
Individual will be on the Sixth Street Investor Services team. They will provide cross functional support and execute on the following primary responsibilities:
LP Requests
- Have a thorough knowledge of Limited Partner (LP) base
- Interact and communicate directly with LPs to address reporting and operational needs
- Coordinate and manage timelines for professionals at all seniority levels across the platform to ensure that LP requests are handled in a timely manner
- Prepare in-depth customized reporting for investors, consultants, and platform managers
- Participate in the administration of due diligence databases
Investor On‐boarding Support
- Review and understand investor subscription documents, tax forms and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with legal and accounting teams to ensure the Investor Services team maintains complete records related to investors and their commitments
- Manage updates to investor data within Salesforce and monitor all related API data transfers to DX Investor Portal and other downstream systems
Investor Portal Management
- Execute and provide support to other team members on document loading, data structure, enhancements, testing, and follow up on all matters pertaining to Investor Portal
- Aid in regular communication to all respective Sixth Street users any system enhancements, system outages and best practices as they arise
- Manage user permissions and data room structures
Other
- Report to the Head of Investor Services and keep them aware of the status of all deliverables; identify and escalate challenges appropriately
- Participate in the creation of controls, checklists, policies and procedures
- Understand and apply compliance policies and appropriately syndicate risk
- Assist with technology onboarding and enhancement projects

Preferred
- Strong academic background, undergraduate degree preferred
- 1-3 years of applicable experience in legal, compliance, investor reporting and/or accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Experience with CRM systems, RPF software and investor services systems (particularly Salesforce, Qvidian and/or SunGard DX) a plus
- Experience in alternative investments a plus
- Self-starter who requires little direction
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- Comfort working in a high growth, iterative environment
