Broadridge is growing and we are excited to be expanding our team. We are seeking an individual to join our Money Market Portal team. You would be joining a group of highly-skilled individuals with various levels of experience and diverse backgrounds. We pride ourselves on solid customer relationships, accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility. As our Operations Specialist, you will provide service and support to our bank clients. You will be responsible for daily cash settlements, customer queries surrounding trading and settlement, wire processing, dividends, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing clients
- Work proactively and accurately within daily deadlines
- Partner, research, and communicate with internal teams when need arises.
- Work closely with both Fund Companies and Clients to ensure accurate and timely processing of money market trades and wires.
- Assist with new customer onboarding and conversions
- Be curious! Ask questions to better understand client needs; provide education to clients.
- Monitor daily trading activity and communicate to clients and funds as needed.
- Anticipate, research, and resolve issues concerning trading and settlement.
- Become well versed on internal processes and services offered while speaking confidently, proficiently, and answering questions from clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
- You should be a strong self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and follow-up skills. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks at a time, within stated deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $70,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
