The VP, Data Analytics will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the analytical data products and reporting solutions for Finance and other Corp functions. In this role, the candidate will deliver solutions to provide critical reporting and deliver analytical insights which will drive business growth. Additionally, this role will actively participate in developing an entire Data Governance framework and operating model which will ensure the highest level of data quality across the firm. They will lead initiatives leveraging cross-functional teams of professionals while working closely with senior members of Finance, Technology and Business to ensure that our data is strategically positioned in the firm and leveraged to drive cost optimization and revenue growth.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Develop a strategic vision of how Broadridge will leverage data and apply analytics across the globe.
Implement a modern data analytics and reporting architecture and platform, suited for future growth and supportive of Broadridge’s financial objectives, maximizes value, and enables business outcomes.
Create an effective operating model to deliver high-quality, timely analytical data products.
Drive change across organization through thought-leadership, industry expertise and executive communication
Drive a strategy to bring to bear effective and modern tools to enable the Business to obtain insights.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their growth drivers and proactively bring solutions
Be an active participant and leader in the Data Industry on behalf of Broadridge
Process Standardization:
Embed best practices, guidelines and governance for managing Broadridge’s Data Assets, including creating and establishing Finance Data Analytics leadership forum, etc.
Establish standards of data analytics/reporting which can be effectively implemented across Broadridge Finance and other functions.
Collaborate with Technology leadership to evolve the technology processes to ensure data standards and principles at adhered to
Qualifications:
Technical/Functional:
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing enterprise data analytics.
Consistent record of high-performance delivering business outcomes via data technologies.
Excellent technical background specific to cloud technologies and analytical tools.
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving ability and negotiation skills to drive meaningful outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations on complex topics.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse executive-level stakeholders across Finance, Business, Product, and Technology teams to accomplish goals with strict deadlines.
Leadership:
Proactive mindset and a relentless passion to win
Effective and inspiring team leadership skills with proven ability to hire and train top talent and inspire through fostering their professional development, coaching and recognition.
Highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple partners to drive results in a matrixed environment.

Experience:
Salary range $210,000.00 - $240,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
