In this role as product specialist, you will support the design and development of digital product and platform capabilities. You will partner with cross functional teams across our sales, client services, operations, technology, legal, marketing, and product groups to understand client needs, and prioritize those needs to design products and solutions that support business strategy and priorities. You will coordinate all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work

May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as either a business analyst/product owner/project manager or client support specialist
Prior Fixed Income Markets Experience
Knowledge of AS400, SQL, and blockchain are highly preferred
Prior experience writing business requirements, user stories or functional specifications required
Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a strong track record of cross-team and cross-client team participation
An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, with leadership and facilitation skills to bring products and projects to a successful delivery
Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodology
BS/BA degree
Salary range $110,000 - $135,000 Bonus Eligible.
