Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Product Owner – Wealth in the Workplace to lead the development of tools designed to enhance retirement plan advisors' capabilities. This role involves creating innovative solutions to support the connection between Retirement and Wealth Management including plan operations and oversight, participant engagement (financial education, campaign management, etc.) and Advisor branding and marketing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning product vision with market needs and compliance standards.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision aligned with Broadridge’s financial wellness and wealth management goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with retirement plan advisors, participants, and internal teams to gather insights ensuring market-relevant solutions.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize product backlog, balancing customer demand and technical feasibility.
- Agile Development Oversight: Lead agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure timely feature delivery.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UX/UI teams to develop intuitive, user-friendly tools.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data to refine product features, enhancing alignment with financial wellness objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager in fintech or financial services, particularly in B2B/B2C environments.
- Strong background in financial services, especially in retirement planning or wealth management.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience leading development teams.
- Experience collaborating with design teams to create responsive digital platforms.
- Knowledge of DC/DB plans, ERISA regulations, and financial wellness tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
