The Fiduciary Services Specialist develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met. Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI. Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
General Responsibilities:
Conduct specialized analysis of funds/ETFs for corporate and institutional clients.
Perform due diligence, statistical analysis, and documentation to meet client needs.
Implement and articulate Broadridge’s methodology to internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between Broadridge and clients during contract renewal process and manage ad hoc requests.
Lead all phases of production and packaging of materials.
Act as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to client projects.
Conduct quality control checks on completed projects, as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Strong team player with willingness to collaborate.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat preferred.
Statistical proficiency.
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients.
Presentation skills are advantageous.
Key Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
Previous experience in the mutual fund or finance industry, or data analysis preferred.
Demonstrated success in project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize information from various sources.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat preferred.
Salary range $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
