Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking an Associate Client Project Administrator to join our Corporate Actions team.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to our Edgewood, NY Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities
- Act as member of an operations team that provides corporate action support to over 115 bank/broker clients
- Execute mailings based on issuer requirement and custodial participation expectations
- Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient
- Act as the front line; supporting members of the team and management to maintain and grow our client base
- Participate in ongoing projects, including drafting written requirements or procedures as requested
- Research and respond, in a timely manner, to requests from clients or associates regarding their needs and interests
- Partner internally, as well as with other departments, to continually add efficiency to the day-to-day processes
- Develop favorable client relationships in order to identify additional service needs and ensure client satisfaction
- Facilitate support of business continuity testing and documentation
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and business reviews on and off site to build stronger business relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to gather data, interpret results, reformulate as needed
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Corporate or treasury banking experience a plus
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
