SEI is seeking to hire a Solutions Specialist in our SEI Wealth Platform Business. The SEI Wealth Platform (the Platform) is an outsourcing solution for wealth managers encompassing wealth processing services and wealth management programs, combined with business process expertise. With the Platform, SEI provides wealth management organizations with the infrastructure, operations, and administrative support necessary to capitalize on their strategic objectives in a constantly shifting market. The Platform supports trading and transactions on 156 stock exchanges in 58 countries and 51 currencies, through the use of straight-through processing and a single operating infrastructure environment as of June 30, 2024. What you will do:
Key Objectives of the Role:
› Business analysis primarily in the operations/trading space, but also in other key Solutions team areas (regulatory, SLA’s, query management,)
› Work with our US based development teams and the market (Sales, Relationship Directors, Legal and Compliance etc) to define key new service offerings for the UK marketplace and be able to programme manage these into live operation. This should be based on own knowledge, industry contacts and , where required, consulting firms
› Subject matter expert on the relevant services within SEI’s SWP offering
› Articulating how this serves multiple client requirements from wealth management outsourcing to asset management solutions
› Support and help manage existing clients where they raise the need for new services or product requirements, validate these requirements with the wider market and also validate against SEI’s own service and product direction. Where deemed a bespoke enhancement, price the delivery of that enhancement for the client and work with development partners to deliver.
› Ensure that subject knowledge is kept up to date, industry initiatives and events are followed and understood.
› For existing and new solutions maintain and cost/pricing analysis for services.
› Understand whom are competitors are along with their strengths and weaknesses and help build our solution and sales strategy to assist SEI in winning new business and keep existing clients.

Responsibilities include:
› Participate and lead Agile ceremonies as a Business Owner (e.g. Mid-PSI, Dry Run and PSI planning)
› Participate in operating model and service design sessions
› Project management
› Work closely with SIEL’s operations (where applicable), solutions, relationship and service management teams and the client on business critical issues.
› Provide training on specific areas of SWP and services
› Participate, as applicable, in Relationship Management meetings with clients in person and over the telephone.
› Travel to meet with clients/prospects and US teams when required.
› Continuously strive to identify and input into process improvements. Will provide demonstrations to clients of new services and products
› Will have input to configuration assessments for Service Bundles.
› Review and ensure we are supporting the correct Asset universe
› Work with Vendor Management team for new vendors which impact trading/operations
› All SIEL employees are responsible for the identification, assessment and control of risks and risk events. Employees will maintain a good understanding of applicable policies, procedures, risk appetites and tolerance relevant to their function and or business unit, and are expected to consider current and potential risks when making or informing business decisions. Employees are responsible for the accurate and timely escalation and recording of incidents associated to relevant risks. In addition, employees are responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.
› Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
What we need from you:
› Ideally degree educated (or equivalent) with experience within financial services. Private banking, mutual funds and investment advisory is preferred as is industry knowledge of private banking, asset management and investment processing.
› Excellent project management, organizational and PC skills.
› Strong Business Analysis Skills
› Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
› Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight delivery schedules.
