Interpret client instructions to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contractual obligations. Associate is expected to be fully competent in either the job setup or quality control functions (for at least 1 product) within the ICS product line or fully competent in the operational functions of the BRCC product line (for at least 1 major client).
Apply acquired knowledge of United States Postal rates and services to ensure the most cost effective and efficient mail method is used in accordance with client requirements
Support Production Operations and Client Services by effectively resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Clearly, concisely and professionallycommunicate with internal partners (verbal and written)
Report internal issues for tracking to identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to work on departmental process improvements or key projects that improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity
Ability to dynamically adapt to organizational priorities and production volumes
Apply basic knowledge of production capabilities and capacity to assign work to appropriate production equipment
Active participation in team meetings and activities
Administratively manage select products ofLoad Balancing across all Production facilities by communicating necessary information to the appropriate groups
Respond and manage department emails via Microsoft Outlook
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $19.50 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
