Responsibilities and Impact:
- Assist with new product development through the creation of strategy pitchbooks and market analysis
- Create detailed strategy writeups and maintain updates as the market opportunity shifts and investor inquiries are received
- Engage in the entire lifecycle of a product from initial development to implementation
- Conduct research on peers within the hedge fund industry to identify market trends and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders across the firm
- Be involved in the publication of market research and thought leadership pieces by providing high quality feedback and edits
Our future colleague has these skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in product/strategy development or alternative investment fund research
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required; proficiency in VBA, SQL, Python and Tableau preferred
- Motivated and proactive. Able to work independently within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented

The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
