Thomson Reuters has a new opportunity for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Manager for our Mid-Sized Law Firms (MLF) business. The GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Manager role is focused on optimizing and supporting the execution of market strategies for the mid-sized law firm business. This role involves streamlining processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance efficiency and alignment. By analyzing data and managing GTM tools, the GTM Operations Manager provides insights and improvements that drive growth and operational excellence.

About the Role:
The GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Manager, is responsible to help the MLF team drive growth, by maximizing opportunity and mitigating risk. This role is all about working cross-functionally and leading with influence.
Key Accountabilities are to:
Streamline processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance efficiency and alignment
Analyze data and manage GTM tools
Provide insights and improvements that drive growth and operational excellence
Work alongside sales, client success, and revenue operations leadership to develop strategies and action plans
Drive execution of MLF strategic plans
Lead cross-functional deep-dive workstreams to quickly identify and execute on needed actions in areas of top need
Work closely with finance and sales operations to help the MLF team understand leading indicators of business health through key objectives/measurements
Regularly scan the market to understand trends in legal professionals, firm mergers, legal technology, and competitive landscape to bring outside-in perspective
Analyze sales and retention data to help the MLF team understand our business and uncover new opportunities for growth
Own key communication to internal senior executives regarding the progress against plan
About You:
You're a fit for the role of GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Manager if you have:
5+ years experience in working directly with B2B customers - in a customer-facing sales, client success, or professional services role
5+ years of successful management experience with driving change
Experience working with sales and client success systems and tools
Effective multi-tasker, with ability to manage projects, prioritization, and decision making
Strong ability to influence others to produce results
Demonstrated skill in creativity/innovation and project management
Experience in effective collaboration with internal partners
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior executives
Financial acumen – experience with net sales and book-of-business, preferred
Strong data skill – can find the insights in large data sets quickly
Knowledge of the Legal market, products, and trends
