Responsibilities
The PJT Partners Technology team is responsible for creating and continuously improving a robust and secure technology foundation that supports the firm’s business activities.
The Technology team is seeking a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in Anaplan Solution Architecture, Program Management, and System Implementation. The successful candidate will act as the owner of Anaplan, a business partner across corporate functions and a technical lead for the Anaplan Workspaces.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Lead the Technology Business Applications team, establishing best-in-class program management and risk management practices;
- Develop expertise in the firm’s corporate initiatives to lead Anaplan delivery in support of their missions;
- Optimize, rationalize, and maintain Anaplan models, integrations, and reporting tools;
- Support day-to-day user experience, platform stability, and platform performance;
- Ensure the scalability of connected planning across the firm (e.g., UX design, Model Connections);
- Document business process changes and operations runbooks;
- Provide test plans, training, and communication related to platform releases;
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects within technology and across corporate functions;
- Manage a small team of in-house, consulting, and/or managed service resources;
- Continuously expand capabilities and skills (e.g., learn parallel or tangential tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, etc.).
Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting degrees are also relevant;
- 8+ years of relevant working experience and 4+ years of Anaplan implementation experience;
- Strong technical and analytical skills; experience in solving complex technology, process, or data related problems;
- Strong project management skills with an ability to scope projects, maintain timelines, and execute;
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and present solutions to senior management;
- Python programming and database experience is a plus;
- Familiarity with data management and data governance concepts and implementation experience related to HR or Finance Systems are beneficial.
Expected annualized base salary of $150,000 to $185,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
