Business Unit Overview
The Global Product Solutions (GPS) business was formed in 2024 and is responsible for the business strategy, innovation, and commercialization of BlackRock’s full investment product platform, aligning product strategies with client needs and market trends, and unlocking new growth opportunities across products.
Within the GPS organization, the Global Pricing team plays a central role in pricing discussions globally across all regions and products. The team develops tailored commercial proposals to address the unique needs of different clients in collaboration with BlackRock’s Product Strategy, Client Business, and corporate functions. In addition, the team develops and socializes pricing frameworks informed by key pricing themes to streamline pricing decisions. By keeping a pulse on pricing trends across various regions and asset classes, we ensure BlackRock's commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Positioned in New York and London, the Pricing team operates on a global scale, engaging with partners across teams and regions to execute its pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate constructive dialogues and cooperation amongst internal stakeholders during pricing conversations.
- Engage in strategic pricing conversations by collecting and evaluating both qualitative and quantitative data from various BlackRock teams.
- Assess new pricing proposals to identify any contagion impact.
- Organize and track pricing discussions to support future pricing analysis.
- Analyze and present key pricing themes and takeaways from these discussions to senior stakeholders.
- Foster a work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
You Have
- 4+ years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge of financial markets and investment vehicles
- Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively through strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources and stakeholders, with the ability to work with limited data at times.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and project management capabilities, with a track record of managing priorities and working efficiently under strict time constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly and effectively build relationships with partnering teams and senior stakeholders. Past stakeholder management experience is desirable.
- Motivated team player, flexible in approach and ability to work independently and effectively across time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with SQL, eVestment, and Morningstar is beneficial.
- Prior experience in financial and investment management sectors is desirable.
- Proven track record to work in/navigate a large organization is a plus.
For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $137,500. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
