Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with leaders throughout the firm to align business strategies with talent strategies, perpetuate our values - driven culture, and promote a world-class people experience. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support primarily Technology and Client Services but also other areas across the firm. Our recruiters play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a company, especially within the dynamic field of technology. The recruiter must have a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of technology, engineering and data specialist roles, and the ability to match the right candidate with the right position. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, leveraging social media and other platforms for sourcing candidates, conducting thorough interviews, and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential hires. Furthermore, the recruiter is expected to be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively seeking out and encouraging a diverse range of candidates to apply, thereby enriching the company's culture and driving its success.
We’ll Trust You To
- Engage with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide exceptional service.
- Define and communicate recruitment processes and role expectations, managing stakeholder expectations effectively and actively.
- Educate hiring leaders and interview panels on job requirements and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Source, engage and recruit technology and data specialist candidates via multiple sourcing channels, including professional databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Ensure a timely and thorough assessment process for candidates, including necessary formal evaluations.
- Develop a robust candidate pipeline through proactive direct sourcing methods as well as develop and maintain deep relationships in the financial services industry across technology teams
- Keep abreast of diversity trends and innovative recruitment strategies to enhance hiring practices.
- Utilize data analytics to gauge the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make informed decisions.
- Assess candidate experience, technical skills and qualifications to ensure alignment with job specifications.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop and approve prescreening questions and create well-constructed interview panels.
- Deliver a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' capabilities and fit for the organization.
- Cultivate a strong online presence to expand professional networks and facilitate successful placements.
- Articulate the firms vision, culture and working environment to attract top talent
You'll Need To Have
- 2+ years of experience in Technology recruitment, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to source top-tier talent directly and a proven track record in this area.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the capacity to maintain open communication and build solid business partnerships.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, adept at managing tasks with competing priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organized with follow-through capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and database management.
- Competence in designing and executing effective recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cohesively in a team setting and able to engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven success in a competitive talent market, with a strong emphasis on diversity and advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and direct recruiting.
- Commitment to providing attentive client and candidate service, including regular recruitment updates and metrics to Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically iCIMS
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Robust work ethic, with a history of taking initiative, thriving under pressure, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and desire to be in-person in our offices 5 days a week

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $125,000-$135,000 . Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
