General Summary and Purpose:
Using a broad base of knowledge about the investment management industry, you will monitor account and composite level performance and data inputs and outputs, assets under management data collection and reporting. Responsibilities will also include verifying information integrity and produce reporting for different groups and systems within the Organization including portfolio management, operations and management.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
You Will:
- Review and recommend changes to written procedures that extensively document the specific steps required to complete complex processes.
- Ensure documentation on existing processes is current and up-to-date.
- Identify opportunities to automate, recommend solutions and implement them into production.
- identify issues and resolve problems, including definition of cause.
- Communicate with our customers to meet common goals.
You Have:
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in the Investment Management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. Have the ability to gather data from external sources to be read into Excel (can perform complex functions) .
- Exposure to the following software packages: Zephyr, Morningstar, SEI, Archer, and FactSet.
- Knowledge covering a full range of investment products including: separately Managed Accounts, Wrap accounts, UMA, Mutual Funds, Common Funds Collective Fund, fund of Funds, ETFs, UCITS.
- Mathematical / Statistical knowledge.

Target Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is $42,500 - $50,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management's total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
