As a D&T Analytics Engagement Manager, you will be directly accountable for drafting the “art of possible” across our analytics value chain, working in close partnership with senior business stakeholders, including heads of businesses, fund managers, operations leads and client services personnel's. This would include the articulation of the business problem, quantification of the impact, driving the end output leveraging design thinking principles and managing the execution with the analytics implementation and delivery teams.
Within this role, you will be the primary contact for stakeholders across select businesses, applying domain knowledge to help design, deliver and support high value add solutions. This role is housed within our Advanced Analytics and AI Engineering team, responsible for enablement and delivery of our analytics engineering needs from design to delivery. You will work closely with the business to understand the problem and input / output KPIs, subsequently engaging with the Agile team to refine user stories as well as expected deliverables, signing off on the delivery timeline. You will act as the single point of domain contact throughout the analytics engineering product lifecycle, building relationships with key stakeholders and business leadership.
What you'll do
- Design, draft and quantify a high impact analytics use case pipeline, spanning digital dashboards, advanced analytics and AI, with a sharp focus on business value
- Lead and manage the funnel across the various stages of ideation, solutioning, delivery and adoption, articulating clearly the state of affairs, both in qualitative and quantitative KPIs across phases
- Develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders and institute AI council to drive advanced analytics and AI ideations across the board
- Drive design thinking workshops and UI/UX visualizations, in partnership with various SME teams, ensuring adoption and value delivery for end state deliverables
- Assume single point of accountability and delivery responsibility for use cases, working closely with business stakeholders and analytics delivery teams
- Holds the pen on articulating use case prioritization and phasing of outcomes, maximizing demand and supply and ensuring fast and efficient value extractions
- Master external orientation in understanding innovation and changing market landscapes in advanced analytics and AI, with respect to the industry, and bringing in ideas for driving innovation and partnerships
- Contribute to change management efforts, training, stakeholder upskilling with demos and release note and drive end-user adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and plan for dependencies, fill analytics engineering product gaps, and research opportunities to provide new and enhanced analytics engineering products and/or features.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree (relevant fields of studies could be computer science, engineering, data science or design but we are open for candidates who have a different study background);
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in working within Real Estate or Asset Management within the business domain, liaising with business teams and leadership on accelerating digital solutions.
- Ideally minimum of 2 years of experience in working with information systems in any of the following areas: business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and/or UAT (User Acceptance Testing) execution
- Strong working knowledge of real estate investment management activities.
- Ideally strong working knowledge of an agile software development process
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Genuine passion/affinity with solving analytics engineering and AI needs, partnering with business and digital to drive business value: what you lack in (technical) knowledge you make up for with a willingness to learn.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the D&T Analytics Engineering Engagement Manager position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the D&T Analytics Engineering Engagement Manager position is $180,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
