As a Brokerage Service & Operations Specialist, you will work in an inbound investment contact center, where you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers by providing financial education and specialized support for brokerage accounts, mutual funds, and 529 Education Savings Plans.

You will report to Manager, Victory Capital InVest
You Will:
- Deliver world-class customer service in an inbound setting
- Educate customers on investment products and services, using each interaction as an opportunity to expand and deepen the client relationship with Victory Capital
- Prioritize multiple tasks and navigate multiple internal systems
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy
- Operate in a scheduled work environment
- Be a problem solver
- Stay informed on Victory Capital products, policies, and stay up to date with financial market trends and regulatory changes
You Have:
- A desire to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work any shift during our operating hours, 7:30AM CT – 7:00PM CT Monday through Friday (Shift differential paid after 6PM CT)
- Active FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63
Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- 2+ years of financial services industry experience and familiarity with brokerage, mutual funds, 529 education savings plans, ETFs, and retirement products experience
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales, service, and customer satisfactions goals

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $49,300 - $ 58,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
