We are seeking an accomplished Product Marketing Specialist to join our Investment Communications Team (ICT) in New York. In this role, you will proactively seek opportunities to enhance the quality of our marketing content and develop efficient processes to create and deliver high-caliber presentations and other marketing materials for both current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with investment teams, ensuring all marketing materials are updated promptly and reflect comprehensive product knowledge. You will collaborate closely with investment teams on materials for client engagements and be responsible for the content creation process.
The ICT serves as the primary liaison for investment teams, providing comprehensive product support for their marketing and communication needs. Leveraging specialized platform and product knowledge, ICT delivers high-quality marketing materials and extends our global reach. The team functions as a central hub, partnering with various stakeholders such as portfolio managers, product specialists, compliance, marketing, client coverage, and client reporting & analytics teams to produce a diverse array of compelling materials that accurately represent our investment teams, products, and the firm.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison and sub-asset class marketing lead for Equities and Alternatives investment teams on their strategy-specific marketing materials.
Develop a profound understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities across multiple regions.
Oversee and manage a substantial inventory of Equities and Alternative Investments marketing materials, including presentations, pitchbooks, commentaries, flyers, profiles, brochures, factsheets, webinars, and websites, by coordinating processes with multiple stakeholders.
Comprehend the financial data, product specifications, and narratives within marketing materials.
Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and updating materials as required.
Coordinate the compliance review of materials.
Communicate changes within the covered sub-asset class to the relevant teams.
Ensure alignment between product webpages and pitchbooks.
Cultivate and manage valuable relationships with internal teams, including Investment Teams, Client Reporting, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Coverage.
Coordinate content updates with team members across different time zones.
Create and develop content and presentations for clients and prospective clients, including curating content for these presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong financial background.
5+ years of experience, preferably in Financial Services Product Marketing, Investment Communications, Client Reporting, or an RFP role at an asset management firm.
Proven experience in marketing strategies across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Alternatives, and/or Multi-Asset Class.
Demonstrated product knowledge and its application in marketing communications.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Knowledge of Seismic is preferred.
Experience with Workfront and/or Monday.com is a plus.
Exceptional time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly process-oriented.
Committed to continuous learning (e.g., CFA Charterholder pathway).

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
