About The Team & Business Line

As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role
The role of an Executive Vice President (EVP) Client Integration Program Manager involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects. The incumbent is responsible for the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, and client transformations inclusive of people/technology. The Program Manager is responsible for managing program teams inclusive of senior project managers reporting into the program. The Program Manager may be involved in securing new business as well as manage existing client relationships and onboardings, will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups.
The role of the Program Manager involves working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. The Program Manager will play an integral role in leading the team in overseeing the success of the strategic and tactical initiatives in partnership with various business units’ senior leadership teams. The Program Manager will also provide strategic leadership, ensuring the team executes programs in a standardized, risk-adverse manner, providing Management Information Reporting for initiatives as well as marketing the team and identifying opportunities to expand the team’s scope and improve processes and frameworks.
The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of programs within a project management framework, demonstrating effective communication skills, having client-facing experience and understanding the financial services business.
Project Management
- New Client/Fund/Launches/Conversions
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and they capture any unique sets of requirements
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases
- Lead departmental, company-wide projects and strategic initiatives
- Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high-risk projects
- Lead execution of multiple concurrent programs of projects end to end
Administrative Reporting
- Tracking of projects, progress, status and deadlines
- Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team
- Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
Management
- Management of virtual teams
- Pipeline/Project/Resourcing management
- Oversight of Recruitment, Training and Development of staff
- Review departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these procedures
- Determine staffing and budgetary requirements for the team
Sales Preparation
- Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies
- Request for proposal/information assistance
- Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business
- Leverage existing client relationship to secure new business, offering our products and services
About You
- You have a related degree or related professional qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting operations and relationship management
- 10+ years’ experience in the financial industry and in an external client facing role
- Proven knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit fund administration
- Demonstrated Program and Project Management experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience
Salary Range: USD 259,000 - 387,000
