About The Team & Business Line

As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Client Integration Investran Onboarding is a specialized team made up of professionals who are subject matter experts and are consistently being consulted with matters related to fund structures and the related system setup, and accounting implementation of client integrations/conversions. The team takes the lead in onboarding new clients onto Citco technology platforms to build a foundation for the Fund Accounting, Investor Relations and Ancillary Reporting teams.
Your Role
The Vice President leads the client integration/conversion effort, communicates and coordinates directly with the client and is hands-on with data analysis and conversion. Private Equity accounting and Real Assets experience is essential to ensure the accurate and efficient translation of client records to Citco’s platform. The Vice President is also responsible for coordination and management of virtual teams tasked with assisting with such client integrations/ conversions, setting clients up onto systems, legal document reviews, service level agreements, process implementation and sales support.
- Onboard clients to Citco’s technology systems
- Lead data migration and analysis between internal systems, client/third party systems, process identification, review, COA mapping, and custom solutions
- Manage any system set-up, implementation, and testing with internal IT and our CFS stakeholders
- Coordinate with business and accounting teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
- Onboarding of ancillary services and coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows meets client needs and captures any unique sets of requirements
- MIS Reporting and tracking of projects, progress, status, and deadlines
- Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team
- Travel for client meetings and team support
About You
- You have a degree or related professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting operations and an external client facing role3+ years of project management experience and client services experience within the asset management industry
- Working knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets fund administration
- Proven project management experience and relationship management experience
- Strong team player who exhibits strong communication and written skills
- Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
- Proven Fund Accounting system, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices, and a strong interest in further development and learning
Salary Range: USD 147,000 - 220,000
