The Vice President, Enterprise Product Management, will have responsibility working with the Chief Strategy and Product Officer, the Head of Product Operations, and senior product and technology leaders to evolve the ways of working and drive product growth across Broadridge.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develops on-going strategies and processes that enable Broadridge to effectively build industry-leading, innovative products. Collaborates with both product and technology leaders to translate strategies into targeted actions and programs and drive the initiatives forward.
- Designs, drives, and supports proof-of concepts and other frameworks focusing on evolving all aspects of the Product Development Life Cycle including investment prioritization; agile development, and roles and responsibilities amongst others.
- Identifies, evaluates, and deploys as appropriate tools and processes (including AI-driven) that will influence what and how we build products that both delight our clients and are sustainable, re-usable, and scalable at Broadridge.
- Develops best-practice product training, both general and specific, in partnership with our Global Learning and Development group. Provides overall communication and transparency on initiatives to a broad group of stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains broad-based relationships with senior leaders, business unit, and corporate executive team and with industry and professional networks to assist in development initiatives.
- Leads and delivers other key projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Excellent academic background. Bachelor's degree preferably from a top-ranked university - graduate degree a plus.
- Strong self-starter who can drive and influence initiatives independently at all levels of the organization. Experience managing people/teams would be helpful.
- Product Management and/or strategy management consulting work experience in an intense work environment within a blue-chip consulting firm or in strategy / corporate development roles in the financial services / fintech/technology sector.
- Familiarity with Agile development concepts a plus.
- Comfortable working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- A passion for technology entrepreneurship, innovation, lean start-up principles, digital content, AI, and big data would be helpful.
- Position is based in NYC with travel to Broadridge offices in the NYC metropolitan area.
Salary range $150,000- $ 200,000. Bonus Eligible.
