Role Overview:
Broadridge Data & Analytics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Director to spearhead growth and product maturity in asset & wealth management distribution intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will work with brokers, platforms, and asset managers to deliver best-in-class analytics solutions that enhance the distribution capabilities of our customers by optimizing data delivery and consumption.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics product and services that enable distribution for asset & wealth management, with a focus on the rendering, delivery, and consumption of broker-dealer data packs.
Analytics Solutions Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, client service and operations, to deliver seamless, high-quality data solutions tailored to meet client needs and industry standards.
Product Management
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Utilize agile development methodologies to efficiently manage product iterations and enhancements.
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker-dealers, platforms, and asset managers, acting as the primary point of contact for select data initiatives and partnerships.
Innovation & Growth
- Drive the innovation pipeline by identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and gathering customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
Client Enablement
- Develop and implement strategies to assist asset managers in effectively consuming and leveraging data provided by brokers and platforms for improved decision-making and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a product manager or analytics leader with experience in investment management
- Comprehensive understanding of intermediary-sold fund distribution
- Subject matter expertise in asset management distribution analytics and data sources
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and drive collaborative initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
Salary range $150,000- $ 175,000 Bonus Eligible.
