Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Co-op is to support the Chief DEI Officer and Engagement Officer in developing, marketing, and implementing events, programs, and activities for employees in Glenmede’s offices and in the community. 1. Coordinate internal employee and community-based activities and events, including cultural celebrations, industry events, volunteer activities, and educational opportunities. 2. Prepare meeting and event invitations and sign-ups, and track participation. 3. Create stories and posts for Glenmede intranet and social media. 4. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external audiences. 5. Participate in trainings and relevant industry conferences to build competencies and share best practices. 6. Support Glenmede’s employee resource groups and allyship programs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing undergraduate degree 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills 3. Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn and develop 4. Attention to detail. 5. Collaborative team orientation 6. Passion for advancing DEI and employee experience in the workplace and community. 7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of website design
