Position Description:
The Salesforce/AWS Engineering team is responsible for the maintenance and new development of the Salesforce.com platform and associated Cloud technologies (AWS, Pardot, DocuSign) for Glenmede. Salesforce.com is used by almost every department at Glenmede, spanning Sales, Marketing, Wealth Advisory, Portfolio Management, Middle Office, Fiduciary, Tax, Audit, Finance, Operations and other specialized teams. The Salesforce team at Glenmede provides day-to-day end-user support to troubleshoot problems and works on projects to add/improve the capabilities of the platform, especially workflow automation and integrations with other Glenmede systems. The role will require rapid learning of one or more business functions and their use of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to translate business use-cases and needs into technology deliverables. Depending on the technical skills of the candidate, the role may include assisting with end-user support, data analysis/reporting, documenting requirements, systems testing, and/or development & programming.
Qualifications:
Programming experience is not required, but candidates should have a basic understanding of computer science, including data modeling and relational databases. • Understand Visio workflows. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational / planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. • Ability to work independently with loose guidelines. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) The working hours for Glenmede employees are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For this position, we are currently operating in a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
