Your Future Team
Hightower's Operations team supports Advisory teams through the creation, maintenance, and amendments of Client Agreements and custodian maintenance.
Reporting to the Senior Associate, Operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring standard documentation practices are followed, executing on standard operational processes, and implementing quality control measures throughout Hightower operations.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and monitor operational processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Collect and analyze operational data as defined by team leadership.
- Present actionable insights to senior team members for further analysis.
- Daily review, research and settlement of advisory questions and issues
- Agreement review and approvals
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify potential risks or vulnerabilities in operational processes and propose mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones to project leads.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1+ years of branch operations and/or client service experience (Open to internship experience)
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

- Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
