Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower’s capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their vision of “well-th. rebalanced.” Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).
Your Future Team
Hightower’s Wealth Solutions team empowers advisors to do more for their clients by delivering specialized estate and financial planning, tax, trust, business, and investment services. The Wealth Solutions team partners with advisors as an extension of their team to differentiate their value to prospective clients and deepen their client relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Wealth Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of Hightower’s Wealth Solutions. This includes continuing to enhance the service offerings, engagement model, and overall efficiency of the program. Your primary objective is to manage the Wealth Solutions platform to drive advisor utilization and drive client growth.
What You’ll Do
Refine Service Delivery Model
- Manage business and operational aspects of delivering the Wealth Solutions suite of services, identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional peers to ensure Wealth Solutions is well-integrated with the Hightower platform
- Support the creation of the long-term strategy for Wealth Solutions and ensure day-to-day focus of the team aligns with the overarching priorities of helping advisors achieve organic growth
Lead Programs to drive utilization
- Engage advisors to understand how Wealth Solutions can adapt the service offering to create a better advisor and client experience
- Propose improvements to the Wealth Solutions offering based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and advisor input
- Developing compelling marketing and training material for advisors to leverage when engaging with Wealth Solutions
Manage Service Provider Relationships
- Act as the direct point of contact for current and potential service providers that support the Wealth Solutions offering.
- Lead contract negotiations with service providers in coordination with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and other cross-functional partners.
- Maintain diligence on service providers to adhere to 3rd party risk management requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business management, product design, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in wealth management, product strategy, or related roles
- Demonstrated success in influencing partners and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills across advisor, client, and corporate audiences, using clarity and poise to influence others
- Highly structured thinking and a process-oriented approach to solving problems and engaging with colleagues and advisors.
- Understanding of trends, technologies, and client/advisor preferences within the Wealth Space
- Demonstrated success in managing complex initiatives and developing products and services to serve a diverse client base

- Base salary of $130,000 - $140,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
