The Investment Analyst - Active Credit is responsible for performance reporting, performance analytics, manager monitoring, cash management, tracking and coordinating travel, budget coordination and administrative support for the asset class.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Active Credit asset class
- Production of reports for the Active Credit portfolio and funds
- Managing fund relationships and conducting fund due diligence
- Processing and monitoring all cash management activities
- Working with asset class software systems
- Conducting day-to-day administrative support
- Supporting budgetary process for Active Credit asset class
- Professional development
Qualifications:
Five years of related experience. A postsecondary degree may be used as an alternative for years of direct experience; 2 years for an associate's degree, 4 years for a bachelor's degree, 6 years for a master's degree, 7 years for a professional degree, or 9 years for a doctoral degree.
Preferences:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, economics, statistics, accounting, mathematics, business, communications, computer science, management information systems, political science, public administration, or a related field
- Master of Business Administration or master's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, economics, statistics, accounting, mathematics, communications, computer science, management information systems, political science, public administration, or a related field
- Enrollment in or completion of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) credentials
- Experience in a pension fund, foundation, endowment, family office, fund of fund, or sovereign wealth fund
- Experience conducting due diligence and monitoring alternative investment funds

- Knowledge of investments and ability to identify attractive investment opportunities
- Knowledge of financial concepts and theories
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software and automated systems
