Your Future Team
The Executive Director, Finance Systems, will lead and oversee the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of our finance technology ecosystem. This role bridges finance, operations, and technology, ensuring our financial systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of finance-related systems (e.g., ERP, account payable, reporting, billing, and planning tools), collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance data accuracy, transparency, and user experience. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with product management discipline. They understand how financial systems underpin business strategy and can translate finance requirements into scalable technology solutions. As the Executive Director, you will be driving transformation that improves data accuracy, decision-making, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
- Strategic Ownership: Define and execute the roadmap for finance systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- System Implementation & Optimization: Oversee implementation, upgrades, and integration of ERP and finance platforms that are managed at enterprise level. For example, Oracle, Redi2, AP, FP&A etc.
- Critical Business Process and Data Process Oversight: Ensure the critical business process such as Revenue process and related financial data are managed and process with integrity across internal and external systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver technology-driven solutions.
- Data & Reporting: Ensure data integrity across systems, support financial reporting and analytics, and drive automation of manual finance workflows.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage external technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Change Management: Lead user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives to promote consistent, effective use of finance systems.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards for financial data and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems, product management, or financial technology roles
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP/AR, FP&A, consolidations, reporting)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically using data
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Highly organized and Detail oriented yet strategic at the same time
- Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Investment or wealth management industry experience

- Base salary of $190,000-$210,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
