Your Future Team
The Advisor Products and Enablement team drives the vision, strategy, and success of our products from concept to adoption. This team collaborates across departments to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with business goals. In addition, they empower internal teams and advisor practices through product training, resources, and go-to-market enablement to ensure effective use and understanding of our solutions. Together, they bridge strategy and execution to deliver impactful, scalable products that meet client and advisor needs.
What You’ll Do
The Product Manager, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy for our next-generation operating platform. You’ll collaborate with advisors, technology partners, and business leaders to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and scale. The ideal candidate combines fintech experience with wealth management domain knowledge and thrives at translating advisor needs into technology solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Execute the product vision and roadmap for our new CLM platform, ensuring alignment with firm strategy, centralized operations, and advisor needs
- Collaborate with advisors, home office teams, and external fintech vendors to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: business case development, requirements, design, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure seamless integrations with key advisor tools (e.g., CRM, portfolio management, trading, reporting, and client engagement systems).
- Partner with compliance, operations, and technology teams to build scalable, compliant, and advisor-friendly workflows.
- Develop success metrics, monitor adoption, and continuously improve platform performance.
- Communicate product progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ years of product management experience in wealth management, fintech, or financial services platforms.
- Strong understanding of advisor workflows, custodial integrations, CRM, and portfolio/accounting systems (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Black Diamond).
- Proven track record of building digital platforms that improve efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience setting KPIs and measuring adoption.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities.
