Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative. The role is based in Heliopolis with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for building client relationships, developing insurance solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable insurance products, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service practices and dealing with clients effectively
- Experience in Insurance and understanding of Insurance Brokerage processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote work setups
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or a sales role is an advantage
