Job overview
We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Solutions Specialists, to support across some of our key business areas. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of financial data systems, product discovery, and hands-on experience in client-facing roles, including pre-sales support and technical solution delivery.
In this role, you will be the nexus for all product stakeholders, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, commercial strategy and engineering teams. Through this you will drive successful data sales engagements, ensure client satisfaction, and oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions that align with strategic goals.
This position also involves developing strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and leading efforts to produce educational materials and training sessions.
What you’ll be doing:

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our financial legal data products, including features, benefits, and applications in the market.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings.

Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand our white space opportunity across multiple markets and customer personas, competitor offerings, and industry trends that may impact our product development.

Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams, ensuring they understand and are equipped to utilize our products effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback, identify key target prospects and drive continuous improvement of our product suite.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
What you’ll bring to us:

Experience: A decent amount of experience in a product specialist, sales specialist, or similar role within a financial services, legal or related industry.

Client-Facing Experience: Proven success in managing client-facing teams and leading pre-sales support and solution development that involves complex legal and/or financial data.

Pricing Strategy: Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand how our new products are performing and explore how we should approach pricing and packaging.

Training & Education: Experience developing educational materials and delivering training on the use of financial or legal data products; support continuous improvement of the knowledge and materials used by sales enablement with regard to our product offering.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial legal concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
