Position Summary
The SVP, Commercial Partnerships will be instrumental in shaping the future growth of Arcesium by identifying, negotiating, and securing key partnerships that will diversify our revenue streams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape and a proven track record in B2B sales, partnership management, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and positions Arcesium as a leader in the FinTech space.
- Commercial Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, technology providers, and other B2B clients, to drive new revenue streams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and emerging trends within the FinTech industry.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to leverage partnerships for alternative revenue generation, focusing on scalable and sustainable growth.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations, structure deals, and manage contract execution with partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships and revenue streams into existing operations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor the performance of partnerships, provide regular reports on progress and outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Arcesium at industry events, conferences, and in other professional forums to enhance our brand presence and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the FinTech, InvestTech or financial services industry, with a proven track record of securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities and financial implications.
- Strong understanding of the B2B InvestTech landscape and emerging trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $250,000.00 - $300,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
