This role provides an individual to not only be a part of providing analytical and operational support to these efforts but also taking a meaningful role in the implementation of our Expanding Opportunity strategic initiatives, specifically focused within our workplace pillar.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apollo Global Management is seeking a full-time Analyst who will work directly with the Head of Diversity and Leadership Development and alongside the Apollo Talent team. This role will provide engagement across a number of areas related to our Expanding Opportunity strategy, including but not limited to, analytical support and reporting as well as operational support for our global Apollo Employee Communities (‘networks’). This role may also include some degree of relationship management support of external partnerships, as needed. Additionally, the Analyst should be able to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on analytical insights, project/program management, collaboration, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Participate in the development of new data reporting tools and assist with diversity data collection, analysis and reporting.
Program/project management of key Expanding Opportunity/Talent initiatives including learning pathways, events and programming.
Partner with members of Human Capital, including the Talent team, on business specific Expanding Opportunity and/or Talent initiatives to drive strategic priorities.
Prepare materials for meetings with stakeholders including, but not limited to, the Expanding Opportunity Steering Committee, Human Capital Leadership Team, Business Partners, and other groups, as necessary.
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to inform our approach to expanding opportunity/employee engagement.
Coordinate and actively support our Apollo Employee Communities (‘networks’) in the execution of their strategies including governance oversight, operational assistance, coordinating annual leadership summit as well as global coordination and alignment of budget, membership engagement and Senior Sponsor advocacy.
Co-manage and engage with various external non-profit organizations to drive impact and ROI, i.e., Anti-Defamation League, Catalyst, McKinsey, Out Leadership, and CEO in Action).
Increase collaboration across these group in the regions which includes developing best practices that can benefit the global network community.
Participate in the collection and coordination of inputs for industry survey, e.g., Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index and the McKinsey Women in the Workplace Survey.
Coordinate with Apollo Communications in the preparation of internal/external communications and other material/content related to Expanding Opportunity efforts.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience with a demonstrated interest in Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Capital, or Employee Experience. Global experience is a plus.
Strong data and analytical skills and experience.
Acts with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, ability to manage a number of competing priorities and manage responsibilities.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint (slide development and presentation skills) and Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables and chart development) required; Experience with data interpretation and AI is a plus.
Ability to exercise good judgement, discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay Range
$85,000-$100,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
