Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, your prime responsibility will be to architect, design and build solutions on the HighQ platform based on a clear understanding of a client's use case and goals, a thorough analysis of the project requirements, and an appreciation of how our software can best serve the client's longer-term objectives. You will also be required to onboard and train clients. This is a client facing, technical role where you will be expected to work with a range of client stakeholders, communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner, and project manage solutions delivered to clients. You’ll be able to effectively manage multiple client accounts.
As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll have a proven track record in consulting and project delivery, of SaaS and Enterprise Solutions. You’ll understand the importance of consulting and delivering a high level of customer service. You will be comfortable communicating technical aspects of a project and effectively working with clients to understand their requirements and articulating your proposed solutions based on our software and methods.
You’ll need to demonstrate both your technical and business knowledge and relate this to specific situations.
About the Role:
Provide a value-add service to Legal Software customers through training, implementation and best practice consulting
Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how our services and solutions can help them achieve their goals
Engage with key teams such as Product Management & Customer Success + Support as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions
Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives
About You:
To be considered for the role, you will have:
1-2 years of experience in implementation
Detailed Legal Software product knowledge (nice to have)
Strong problem-solving skills
